An excellent potato side dish to go with any meal.

The ingredients »

  • 8 x baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 8 ounces of package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ounce of dry Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 8 ounces of container sour cream
  • 1 cup of butter, softened

How to make »

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain and mash.
  2. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in mashed potatoes, sour cream and butter; beat until desired consistency is reached. Serve.
