Swiss Chicken Casserole

Combines the best of chicken and cheese to make a sumptuous dish.

The ingredients »

  • 6 x boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces of sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 x stick butter
  • 1 packets of coarse bread crumbs

How to make »

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soup and water then pour over chicken.
  3. Put a layer of swiss cheese over it now.
  4. Melt butter and add enough bread crumbs to take up the butter.
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs and butter over the cheese.
  6. Bake, covered with foil, in a 375F oven for 35-45 minutes until nicely browned and bubbly.
