Chicken Stir-fry

A meat recipe suitable for dinner, using the stirfrying method.

A very simply dinner that can be made in under forty minutes. A good meal if you don't have much time.

The ingredients »

  • 4 x chicken breasts, chopped
  • 2 x clove of garlic, crushed
  • 150 mili-litres of chicken stock
  • 1 x red pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 50 grams of mangetout

How to make »

  1. Heat some oil in a large frying pan and sauté the garlic and chicken, until browned all over. Add the pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the mangetout and chicken stock, and continue to stir-fry over a medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked through. If you like and have any add a splash of soy sauce.
